The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star - who is currently pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson - is a "huge foodie" but has learned to take a more moderate approach to meals in order to look and feel good about herself.

Speaking on her TV show 'Revenge Body', she said: "I love food, I'm a huge foodie. But everything in moderation for me.

"It is re-programming your mind. But once you get there and once you re-programme it, you start feeling good and your skin is great and your hair is growing."

The 33-year-old beauty previously admitted she has been given into cravings and eating more while she is expecting. But she has continued to work out and "can't wait" to get her pre-pregnancy body back.

Khloe said: "During my pregnancy, I'm obviously not beating myself up about what I'm eating at all. I'm more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I'm going to work off every pound. I'm actually really excited to get my body back. I can't wait!

"Of course, I can't go as hard as I did before, and I really do miss my intense workouts. Honestly, though, I'm just happy I still have the energy!"

The reality star insisted she's indulging in her cravings "in moderation" during her pregnancy, and hasn't been scoffing "an entire box of cookies" in one sitting.

Although she has admitted to eating three bowls of cereal for one lunch.

Meanwhile, Khloe confessed she has always struggled to deal with comparisons to her sisters Kim Kardashian West, 37, and Kourtney Kardashian, 38.

She shared: "My entire life I've been compared to my sisters and I don't look like them.

"I always had blonde, really curly hair and when you're young and you're chubby and tall ... I would have teachers be like 'Oh, you're Kourtney and Kim's sister?'"
