The 33-year-old reality star opted to spend the annual American holiday away from her famous family - who all live in Los Angeles - this year, as she instead hosted an impressive feast for her boyfriend in Cleveland, where he plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team.
Khloe - who is reportedly expecting a baby with the 26-year-old sports star, although she has not confirmed the news - documented her preparations on Snapchat, as she cooked up an array of festive treats, including apple pie, cinnamon buns, macaroni cheese, pumpkin pie, sweet creamed corn, sweet potato soufflé, and turkey.
Dubbing herself "Chef Koko", the blonde beauty said in a Snapchat video: "I'm exhausted but it's worth it [to be] cooking and slaving away in the kitchen. I love everyone's reactions and just making everybody happy with food. It's so rewarding. I hope all you guys are having an amazing Thanksgiving. I need to kick my feet up for a minute."
This year marks the second time Khloe has been without her famous family - including mother Kris Jenner, sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner - for the holidays since moving to Cleveland to be nearer to Tristan.
On her app earlier this week, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star - who used to host the Thanksgiving feast every year for her family - said she was "proud" of herself for being able to pull the event together by herself.
She wrote: "I usually host Thanksgiving every year, but my sisters and my mom would bring a few dishes to help me out in the kitchen. But now being in Cleveland, I have to do everything on my own. Last year was the first time I did it completely on my own and I was really proud of myself for accomplishing it all. I did it! And seeing everybody go back for seconds made me even happier! It lets you know they really like the food."
