The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star may be busy trying to carve out a name for himself in the presenting world but he has admitted it would be his ultimate "dream" to manage the England squad for just one day.

He explained: "I'm a massive West Ham fan and it'd be my dream to be England manager for just one day. I'd say my dream five-a-side team would have to be Gianluigi Buffon in goal, myself and John Terry at the back, David Beckham in midfield and Lionel Messi up front - we'd be unstoppable!"

Meanwhile, the 29-year-old hunk - whose younger brother Josh plays football for Gillingham - thoroughly enjoys running and up down a pitch with his teammates.

He said: "I've loved football for as long as I can remember, and I've been lucky enough to play alongside some legends. Whether it's Soccer Aid or a game of five-a-side with the lads, there's no better feeling than getting out there and working together as a team. I love the competitive element but also the friendship that comes with being part of a team."

Mark's revelation is part of Heart FM's Feel Good Day after psychologist Dr Cliff Arnall claimed July 29 is the day people are likely to feel most positive because it's when schools have just started the summer break, it's payday for most workers and the weather should be at its best.
