The former boxer has put his 1,500 square foot home on the market for $1.5 million because he is moving to a bigger residence nearby, according to TMZ.

Mike's realtor Ken Lowman, owner of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas, said: "The lucky buyer will not only be able to live in Mike Tyson's old home, they will also be his new neighbour!"

Mike originally bought the house, which also has "three fireplaces, a wine cellar, media room, hot tub, infinity pool and a waterfall" in 2008 for $1.75 million.

Mike purchased his new now, described as "a sensational Italian masterpiece" in December.

The 10,000 square foot mansion sits on a .76 acre site in the exclusive guard gated community of Seven Hill and features "an exquisite grand entry, marble flooring, two casitas, a media room and a four car garage".

Meanwhile, Mike recently won the Best New Actor Award at the 2016 Macau International Film Festival Aries Awards for his performance in Chinese martial arts movie 'Ip Man 3'.

He also just began a second run of his one-man show, 'Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth' at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

And last year he worked with Madonna on the track 'Iconic' on her 13th studio LP 'Rebel Heart'.

Madonna revealed she was determined to have the former world heavyweight champion boxer, who has a troubled past including a rape conviction, because he has shown that it is possible to turn your life around.

She said: "He's gone through a lot. I think his evolution is quite interesting. I knew him when he was married to Robin Givens.

"I've seen all the trials and tribulations he's been through. He's a changed man. He's been through a lot. He's suffered a lot.

"He's made other people suffer. But I think he's a truly remarkable human being. I think he's a role model. He's the perfect example of how you can come from a very bleak upbringing, with no education, make mistakes and turn your life around."
