Miley Cyrus was inspired to write her new song 'We Can't Stop' by her fans.
The singer-and-actress is set to return to the music scene with a bang with the single and she wrote her highly anticipated tune solely for her fans as a way of thanking them for their undivided support throughout the low points of her career and she hopes the track will inspire them to great things.
Speaking to E! News at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night (19.05.13), Miley said: "It really is an inspiring song for my fans. We don't care, we can do what we want.
"They really believed in me the whole time. I feel like this song really is for them and how I feel - that I can't stop and I'm going to be who I am and they should be who they are and that they can't stop and no one can stop us."
Miley was spotted leaving a recording studio minutes after Justin Bieber last week in California and is heavily rumoured to be collaborating with the teen heartthrob but she is remaining tight-lipped about the possible duet.
The 20-year-old star - whose engagement to Liam Hemsworth is believed to be back on - explained: "I know pictures are flying around. You guys will have to wait and see. I'm the biggest at top secrets. I've had this single ready for about a year, and I've had to keep my lips sealed and just not saying anything. So you'll see."
