Miley Cyrus has been burgled.
The singer last May had her $102,000 Maserati Quattroporte and items of jewellery stolen from her home in San Fernando Valley, California, and has been once more targeted by thieves, who are said to have stolen a large amount of personal items belonging to her and her brother, including her bank card, on December 16.
Fortunately for Miley, officers are said to believe they've found the culprit and have gone on to charge Rusty Edward Sellner with felony first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft.
TMZ report however that when the case went to court on Wednesday, January 9, Sellner pleaded not guilty.
A male and female in their 20s were also arrested on suspicion of burglary and grand theft auto following last summer's theft, whilst she was on the European leg of her Bangerz world tour.
This marks the third time in two years Miley's home has been targeted by criminals.
