Naomi Campbell says she is a "direct" boss.
The supermodel is a mentor on the upcoming UK version of TV competition 'The Face', on which she competes with Caroline Winberg and Erin O'Connor to find the next breakout modelling star.
Naomi - who also appeared on the US version along with Coco Rocha and Karolina Kurkova - acts as an executive producer on the
two series and she admits she tells people exactly what they need to do.
Speaking to the October issue of ELLE magazine, she said: "I'm very direct (as a boss). On set, I don't really act like an executive producer, I act like the other mentors. But when I see something I think could be done in a better way, I do open my mouth and I do say.
"It's not that I'm a control freak, but it's taken them 10 years to convince me to do television, so if I'm going to do something, I want it to be the best it can be."
Although the two programmes - both of which are presented by Nigel Barker - can be hard work, Naomi insists she doesn't get stressed because it is the girls who are competing that are doing all the hard work.
The 43-year-old catwalk queen added to the publication: "I'm not precious - I love doing the show. Whatever happens, it's reality and you see it. But I don't get stressed out because it's not about me, it's about the girls ... I don't get stressed. You're using the word stress. I can use 'tired'. I get tired. And when I get tired, I can chill."
