The 32-year-old actress' little boy Otis - who she has with fiancé Jason Sudeikis - has developed an "intense" obsession with the 'Formation' singer, so the 'Vinyl' star is throwing a special song-and-dance bash for when the youngster turns two next month.

She said: "Once you have a kid, their birthdays are much more fun to think about. So all I'm thinking about is Otis' birthday next month, which is number two, which is a lot more exciting than 32. That is going to be the party to be at.

"It's gonna be a Beyoncé listening party appreciation dance-off. His love for Beyoncé has really hit a fever pitch and I approve, of course, but it's intense."

Otis' obsession with the 34-year-old pop star began on a flight when his mother was looking for ways to distract him and could only find the 'Crazy In Love' singer's music videos on her iPad.

Speaking on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', she said: "We were on an airplane and I needed, as many of you know, a distraction tool immediately, and all I had was all of Beyoncé's videos from her last album. And so I just put those on for him."

And the little boy was particularly taken by a certain part of his idol's body.

She added: "He was really taken and he really zoned in on one in particular. The one, 'Yonce,' which is arguably the most sexually explicit video ever made. And he was like, 'Yeah yeah.'

"And from that point on he called her 'Beyoncé boobies,' which I think is great. Because most people, if you're gonna call her [something], you call her like 'Beyoncé booty.' But he right now is still [up] here. He's still thinking in this zone."

The 58-year-old talk show host then delighted her guest with a gift of Beyoncé-themed party decorations, including a life-size cutout of the singer.
