Orlando Bloom says he and Erica Packer are just friends rather than lovers.
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor has been snapped holidaying with model Erica in Spain, but Orlando, 37, insists that they are simply friends, despite the rumours surrounding their relationship.
He told Australia's Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I've known Erica for a long time, we are great mates."
Orlando split from his supermodel wife Miranda Kerr in October last year, and he says that his main priority now is being the best dad he can be to Flynn, his son.
What's more, the actor says that despite their high-profile split, he and estranged wife Miranda Kerr are maintaining a good relationship for the sake of their three-year-old son Flynn.
He said: "Family is important and we are so lucky because we get on so well. We are great co-parents to Flynn. We really support each other."
Last month, Miranda revealed that her son has a nanny with him "all the time" when he stays with Orlando because she wants the tot to have as much care as he needs.
She said: "The nanny is with him [Flynn] all the time when he is with Orlando; don't get me wrong, he's a great dad, it's just me being a protective mother and wanting to make sure all his needs are met."
