The former 'Baywatch' actress, who split from the rocker in 1998 after three years of marriage, insists they have become "good friends" in recent years.

Asked if their sons, Brandon, 19, and Dylan, 17, are close to their father, she said: "Yes, they go on tour with him. They're grateful to be born out of true love. Tommy was the love of my life. But we're good friends now."

The blonde beauty divorced third husband Rick Solomon for the second time earlier this year and admits she isn't ready to fall in love again.

She said: "I've said to myself I won't date anyone till after Christmas. Then, watch out!"

Pamela is also too busy focusing on her sons.

She added: "I've always been around difficult men, so they don't scare me! They're wonderful. Brandon is going to university. He's gorgeous and an artist. Dylan has one more year in high school. He plays guitar, is a semi-pro surfer and a math whiz. They're perfect gentlemen."

Pamela developed Hepatitis C in 2002 by sharing a tattoo needle with Tommy, and admits she feared she was going to die at the time.

She told PEOPLE magazine previously: "Sixteen years ago I was told Hep C was a death sentence. But with the new drugs that can eradicate the virus, I could be cured within the month.

"It was a dark cloud, and I think there was a fear of giving it to someone else, the fear of did anybody really love me. So I'm excited and hopeful."
