Sofia Vergara owns up to over eating, admitting it is her favourite hobby and an important part of her social life.
Colombian beauty Vergara says that even though she is praised for her trim, hourglass physique, she loves to eat to such an extent that she choose to star in a movie about food.
Sofia stars with Robert Downey Jr. in new movie 'Chef', which centres on a businessman-turned-food truck owner.
Speaking to Women's Health magazine, she said: "I think it's a film everybody is really going to enjoy because there's a lot of food in the movie.
"I love to eat and that's like my hobby. That's what I do with my friends, my fiancé, with my son. So eating is a very important part of my social life."
Although Vergara is unable to resist her favourite snacks, she does try to keep a balance in her eating, only indulging her sweet tooth at weekends.
Sofia added: "I try to do the right thing during the week but then do whatever I want during the weekend."
