Pharrell Williams is a "sorcerer of happiness" according to his new friend Taylor Swift.
The singer works as a key adviser to Pharrell's contestants on the new series of The Voice in America, and whilst old friend Blake Shelton enjoys making her feel "uncomfortable", Pharrell did nothing but make her feel "really good" when she joined his team.
Speaking to Access Hollywood, she explained: "The first person that I worked with was Blake Shelton, who I've known for years because we both have been in the country music scene for years and years and years
"His favourite this to do is to make me uncomfortable!
"And after you talk to Pharrell, you feel really good for about two weeks straight... he's like a sorcerer, of happiness."
The pair hit it off so well that they now have plans to get together and record something in the studio.
"Pharrell and I were talking, in the breaks yesterday, and we just kept saying, 'We have to do something together!' He's like, 'You just call me. Call me when you figure it out.'
"I'm like, 'You call me if you figure it out first!'"
Taylor's now excited about going on to work with Gwen Stefani and her team on the series.
"I look up to her so much because she's continued to do her thing. I love that she never veered away from red lipstick, I can relate. I'm really excited to spend time with her."
