The 'Blank Space' singer is reportedly keen to play matchmaker and help the 20-year-old model, who recently split from long-term boyfriend Cody Simpson, find love again.
A source close to the 25-year-old star said: "Gigi recently gave Taylor the OK to start lining up some dates."
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker has enlisted the help of her new boyfriend Calvin Harris to track down a suitable guy for the blonde beauty.
The source told In Touch Weekly: "Gigi's type is a tall, funny musician, and Calvin has plenty of friends like that.
"Taylor always thought Cody was just way too immature for Gigi. She's determined to help her find love again - with the right guy."
But Cody's sister Alli recently predicted he would rekindle his romance with Gigi in the near future.
She said: "I mean honestly right now it seems like they will! I'm the one that's like just get married already, it's ridiculous. They are so adorable. They bring out the best in each other."
The former couple split due to their hectic schedules, with a spokesperson for the model previously admitting: "They love each other dearly and have split up in hopes that growing on their own paths will bring them together in the future."
