The reality TV star's husband Dean McDermott was spotted driving his $27,000 Indian Roadmaster with their eldest child, Liam, on the back in Encino, California on Thursday (14.05.15).

The 41-year-old actress was reportedly "keenly aware" that Liam, who appeared to be wearing a splint and a bandage on his left hand, was travelling on the motorbike because she met up with the duo at a doctor's office after driving there in her car, according to DailyMail.com.

While Dean wasn't doing anything illegal by taking Liam on the motorcycle, the celebrity chef, 48, ended up in an intensive care unit after puncturing his lung in a crash in July 2010.

He also fractured his shoulder during another accident a few months earlier.

Former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star Tori, who has three other children, Stella, six, Hattie, three, and Finn, two, with the 'Chopped Canada' presenter, also previously admitted she was uncomfortable with motorcycles because Dean "kept having accidents."

Writing about his most serious incident in her 2013 memoir ',Telling It Like It Is,' she shared: "To me this accident, like the others before it, was a sign. He wasn't supposed to be doing this. Motorcycle, dirt bike, Big Wheel - I didn't care what he was riding. He kept having accidents."
