The actor and long-time friend of the family posted the photo montage, set to Whitney Houston's 'You Were Loved', on his Facebook page, which was first shown at the funeral service for the 22-year-old aspiring actress.

Alongside the video, he wrote: "The Houston estate asked if I would share this tribute that I put together for Bobbi Kristina's private funeral.

"On behalf of the Brown and Houston families, we would all like to thank you for your prayers and support. God bless."

The video features a quote from the late star, who died in July after six months in a coma.

It reads: "I hope you feel my love, pain, beauty, agony at times, blessings all the time.

"No one understands me. And I don't expect them to, but I will try to spread my love and my story through words and this blessing of a powerful voice mom has given me."

Meanwhile, when Bobbi Kristina was fighting for her life in hospital, the 45-year-old singer called for the media to show more respect in light of the recent events.

He said: "This morning I woke up with Whitney on my mind. I couldn't help but think about all that she must have dreamed for her child. I know this was not her dream ...

"May I ask you all to please show some decency and respect? Not only to Krissi's family, but also to the other families that are there in this place."
