Return Of The Car Boot Sales

Thanks for a fascinating article indictating the resurgance of the popularity of car boot sales. The trend is very much reflected in our own experience in running the Carboot Junction web site. We run a directory of car boot sales that allow people to search for car boots in any part of the UK.
We have noticed a vast increase in the number of sales that are being listed on the web site, both by car boot organizers and by members of the public. In particular there seems to be a large increase in the numer of "one-off" sales. It will be interesting to see if some of the organizers of those sales are just "testing the water", and then start to run regular events.
