if it saves sienna miller from going under the knife like most celebs then there`s no harm in trying the pills (i`d give it a go anytime) at least with pills there is no complications or scars and it`s all natural, i`m not saying theres anything wrong with fake breast it`s just nice to see a celeb being more natural
