Rats milk? I can't think of anything more disgusting. The real issue is: how many rats, cats, or dogs would it take to produce the volume of cows milk currently consumed by humans? It isn't unthinkable that factory farming operations would rise up all over the planet so that enough of these animals could be raised and meet human milk consumption demands. How is this different from how cattle are currently raised? I just don't think this is the answer. Advocating for widespread veganism would be a more logical solution.
