The update about Tim Robbins going to the wrong polling place is the BOE's (Board of Elections) excuse for their mistake.

Tim Robbins has been going to the same polling place for the last 20 years and has never changed his address details.
He wasn't the only one whose name was dropped from the electoral books.
However, he was the only one to make a stand and make sure his vote is counted by being forced to get a court order by officials.
