I don't think nipple piercings are really fashion per se. It's not like someone would say, "Hmm I think I'll wear my nipple ring body instead of this shirt today." It's just a choice some make, I don't really have an opinion on it. I doubt people even see a lot of guys with nipple piercings honestly.
