Susan Sarandon's naked pose

More power to her for doing the 'naked' pose, although the fishnets, lighting and boa will surely help. However, she had a major face change just prior to the academy awards a few years ago. I surely doubt that could be attributed to her nutritional or exercise regime. I find the disdain regarding surgery by those who have had it fairly comical.
Susan: you were one of those who did not overdo the process, why didn't you just say you had some 'minor' work done, but you believe in allowing yourself to look your age, but look as good as possible while doing so? It would have been soooo much classier!
