I don't know about the effect on my career but I can vouch for it being easier to climax as you get older, in my case at least the stereotype of 18 yr olds coming like bunnies wasn't true - I'm 38 and usually reach orgasm much more easily now when I have sex, and I masturbate to orgasm quite often too (very theraputic!)
