Woody was not involved with his adopted daughter! The real havoc that American Apparel's defense is creating is that so much of the news stories are themselves inaccurate. Woody's response is correct: they are in fact harming him for a second time in their defense of stealing his image for their advertisement. Woody is right to protect his image and they should pay for having used it - they should not be harming him further in the process.
