Why is the man pushing the cart to blame for the mess on the queen's carpet? It's not like he pushed it into a post to make this mess. The wheel fell off the cart, for pete's sake. Finger pointers might better point fingers at whatever staff is to look after equipment and to the fools who tried to clean the carpet before calling in professional carpet cleaners. The man pushing the cart was a part time employee. The cart was a full time piece of equipment at Buckingham Palace. Duh
