Lonely Actor Ewan McGregor

The aforementioned comment from Mr. Mc Gregor doesn't make me feel sad for him, more frustrated. I can't understand why someone who knows he's going to miss his family whilst working away in another country, deliberately goes out and contracts himself to another film that shall take him away from his loved ones once again. (As was witnessed the day before this article, when at Cannes it was mentioned he is making a film with director, David Mac Kenzie, shooting taking place somewhere in Europe in Sept.!)
Mr. Mc Gregor admits he's made non-stop films for a year & a half, mainly throughout Europe.
Now I would have thought these take a while to get up & running, so surely Mr. Mc Gregor knew well in advance that he would be shooting throughout Europe for the majority of that year & a half, before he moved his family to Los Angeles!
Surely if Mr. Mc Gregor doesn't like being away from his family so much, he could take on some projects closer to home, and cut down on his workload, perhaps even one film-project or theatre production. I mean god knows he can't be making all these films because he & his family need the money!
If his agency is making him do all these films, he should simply get rid off them, or when negotiating his next contract, make it known he is only interested in projects closer to home. And th same goes with publicity for the film, tell his agents, one interview and that's it. Also stop doing advertisements, talking about intimate details on his family life & personal life, exposing himself, and then he won't court any publicity. And then nobody will be bothered with him because he will be so boring.
I can't understand how if he is so unhappy with something he doesn't just open his mouth to the powers that be, because he certainly can open it on other (unecessary) occassions, as was witnessed a few weeks ago in the press when he slagged off everyone in Britain & Europe (fans included)!
The symapathy Mr. Mc Gregor is obviously looking for for both himself and his family I certainly won't be giving.
Mr. Mc Gregor is his own worst enemy.
The situation he finds himself in he has made himself.
The problems he has in his life lie with him...., as do the answers.
Mr. Mc Gregor must realise that he is the maker of his own destiny, noone else.
