I don't know how you can prefer the cover version... The cover is squeeky clean... Which doesn't make any sense considering the nature of it's lyrics... The song is about a couple that is so passionate about each other that for them hitting eachother is anotherway of expressing their love instead of violence. Biffy's version is as it should be, bruise-y rock ballad. Matt's is X-Factor-ized... He saw that the song was under-rated and catchy as hell... He ripped away all the passion in it's music and lyrics and made it sound as bland as possible, without giving a damn what the song is all about... Rock on Biffy Clyro!
