i dont care who stands in, but there should deffo be a tribute instead of the refund , i cant stress it enough - PROPMOTERS TAKE NOTE - please hold tribute concerts instead of a refund , or hold a 5 day in a row concert and offfer all ticket holders the chance to go or a refund -
