I first made love to a woman aged 35, I had no confidence in myself, which doesn't help. If we view ourselves as unnattractive, then we tend to interpret every slight lack of interest as proof of it. To escape this, we have to relax and realise we are being our own worst enemy. We all give out energy, people read this and react accordingly. If we are relaxed about ourselves (looks, whatever) we can focus on appreciating those we encouter. This allows for a friendly open attitude and wonderful things start happenning. These are too good to miss by being defensive. There is more to a person than looks anyway and attitudes can be so attractive. No-one needs remain negative! Go for it! Enjoy yourself!
