This is not surprising at all. I teel myself every week that I'm going to lose weight forever. It's just so hard to stick to. I find that not denying myself of everything is the best thing. Eat what I like, just in small amounts. Also, keep water on you at all times. Most of the time you think that you're hungry, but you're not your actually just thirsty.
