Oh Please..

Number one. Daniel is 18 years old, an adult and can do what he likes! He doesn't need people telling him smokings bad for him, its common sense & hes not an idiot. He can do what he likes

Number 2: The source is unfortunately The Sun which has come up with some pretty untrue and lame rumours/ stories in its time. It is aimed at shallow small minded people who actually swallow that junk!

Number 3: Do you really think he could be arsed to go out from the set 20+ times a day for a fag as it is illegal for him to smoke on set...

Well yeah thats my opinion on him smoking '20 cigs a day'....
