Without being churlish and from this man's viewpoint, the results shown are undeniably aesthetic but . . . Not real, the 'before' picture is infinitely more attractive in my book as it IS real. Probably not a popular viewpoint but since most of this seems to be about appearance. Society plays too much on our insecurities.
