Um... Islam recommends that children are to be breastfed for the first two years of their lives. Your repeating of the term "Muslim women" implies that Islam forbids breastfeeding which is completely untrue. What happened here is horrible but I think it was less that the woman was breastfeeding and more that perhaps she was not covering up enough for local standards. Another explanation might be that the women standing nearby were bat-s**t insane and other Ethiopian women might not have reacted the same way. Quit blaming Islam for everything.
