I'm a manager for starbucks, and have been with the company 6 years, there is not a thing wrong with our dresscode. Very simple. Black or white collared shirts, and black or Khaki bottoms (pants, shorts, or skirts) Enough to be uniform,but also individual. I wouldn't trade it for the world.
