Win a Bach Flower Remedies level 1 training course

Bach Original Flower Remedies

In the 1920s and 30s, a noted homeopath and medical doctor called Dr Edward Bach discovered a system of flower remedies that can help us rediscover the positive side of ourselves.

He believed, as many doctors do today, that attitude of mind plays a vital role in maintaining health and recovering from illness. When he died in 1936 he had developed a complete system of 38 flower remedies, each prepared from the flowers of wild plants, trees and bushes. They work on our emotions, helping the individual to manage life’s ups and downs.

Nelsons has developed the Bach International Education Programme (BIEP) in conjunction with the Bach Centre. Now available in close to 60 countries, it offers one of the most comprehensive methods of training in the use of the Bach Flower Remedies. Individuals who complete all three levels of the BIEP programme plus associated home study requirements are registered with the Bach centre as Bach Foundation Registered Practitioners (BFRPs).

Level 1 introduces students to each of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies and to the philosophy of self-help and simplicity that underpins the system. You will start to select remedies for yourself and see how they fit in with your daily life, and learn basics such as how and when to take them. Level 1 is the essential foundation for a complete understanding of Dr Bach's work.

Bach International Education Programme Level 1 is a two day course usually run over a weekend and costs £140.
