National outdoor education provider, The Bushcraft Company (www.thebushcraftcompany.com), will be running Easter holiday camps for children aged 7 to 15, throughout the Easter holidays at Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire.
Children's camps are running as follows: 2 Day camp (4th-5th April) and a 3 Day camp (8th-10th April). For those not ready for time away from mum and dad, an overnight Family Camp (6th-7th April) is a perfect introduction and offers fun for all the family.
These residential camps provide an exciting, safe environment, where children will develop independence and self-confidence through trying new things and working as part of a team. Activities include sleeping under canvas, firelighting, shelter-building, wilderness cooking, wild swimming, tree climbing and camp crafts. For Easter as a special treat, there will be a fantastic egg hunt too!
Open to individuals and group bookings, the camps are great for children with an established love of the outdoors, as well as those who want their first taste of adventure.
The Bushcraft Company, which has successfully run adventure camps for schools since 2007, has branched out into providing camps during the school holidays to meet an increasing demand from parents who want their children to stay active and occupied during the school holidays. Thousands of children already visit The Bushcraft Company camps each year on school trips, and the company has a team of trained, qualified and CRB certified staff providing 24 hour pastoral care.
