'Desperate Housewives' star Teri Hatcher has been told she's showing signs of ageing. The 40-year-old actress, who plays single mother Susan Mayer in the hit show, was worried when she found a lump under her eye. However, when she went to her doctor to get it checked out she was told it was just a sign she was getting old. She said: "I was asking my doctor the other day how I got it and how to get rid of it, and finally he just said, 'Teri, it's just a barnacle of age.'" Sexy Teri recently confessed she has pole dancing lessons - in a bid to keep in shape. The brunette beauty - who admits she's keen to look good - has undertaken a course at a Los Angeles gym that involves using exercises recommended by professional strippers. She said at the time: "I don't take my clothes off. It involves stripping moves around a pole - or lap dancing.It's ideal and I've noticed my body's taken on a new shape. It's more about being comfortable with your body than anything else."
