To dream about manual work labour is symbolic of an area of your life you consider to be a lot of effort or even exhausting.

Is it worth all of your time and vigour? Can you find a way to lessen the burden and make things easier for yourself?

Another interpretation is that you know something in your waking life is going to take a lot of hard work to accomplish but you are willing to invest a lot of yourself because the rewards will be worth it in the end.

On the flipside, perhaps you are wondering if what you are putting in now will reward you in the end or if you will be disappointed.

Manual labour can also be linked to feelings of being the one who always has to graft. Perhaps you are fed up of being the one who has to work harder than everyone else to get what you want or to where you want to be.

On the other hand- perhaps you think that your hard work now is payment from something you in your past- a comeuppance if you will.

You may even see yourself as being less sophisticated than others.

If animals were labouring under heavy burdens, it’s a positive sign you will be prosperous but you will be unfair to those you consider to be beneath you.

If you saw others labouring- this could mean both health and profit- however if they were working while you rested- it’s possible you tend to let others do the hard work while you stick around for the benefits afterwards. It might be time to roll up your sleeves and get involved with the rest of them before you get a bad reputation. Or even to mend a damaged one.

Labouring is sometimes thought to mean ideas, projects and creativity. Perhaps you have just started something new in your personal or professional life so it represents the potential of a new concept in your waking hours.
