Dreaming of being in a hole can have both positive and negative connotations.

The most uplifting interpretation is that you are finally realising you have a deeper capacity to succeed and you haven't yet reached your full potential.

A hole in the ground is linked to hidden aspects of yourself. Have you been looking more closely at what motivates you the most lately? Perhaps you are suddenly able to see new opportunities to better yourself as a result.

If you are feeling hollow or empty inside do you need to find something that makes you feel whole again- a new interest or activity for instance?

More positively- you might be feeling whole or complete for the first time in your life- try not to take it for granted.

If it was a black hole- this is a warning to you that you are in an unbearable situation right now. Perhaps there is someone in your life who is holding you back.

Take note of each of your relationships- is anyone trying to bring you down? It may be time to pull away from that person, so you can move forward with your life.

Black holes can also mean that you are experiencing low mood or that you are venturing into something you know very little or nothing about. If you are about to make a big shift in your life or are already in the midst of change- this could by why the black hole appeared to you.

You may have found yourself in a difficult situation of late that you don't know how to get out of. If you struggled to escape the hole, this reflects the lack of control you feel at present. It might be worth exploring other options or seeking some help to get out of the predicament you are in.
