New Dirty Dancing fitness DVD that won’t be put in the corner! Timeless classic inspires sassy fitness workout‘A Dirty Dancing Workout’ is set to clean up the fitness scene by taking you back to treasured memories of attempting to act out your favourite scenes from the hit 80’s movie. This re-visit to your childhood has the added bonus of helping to improve muscle tone, flexibility, burn calories and so aid weight loss; all in providing an energetic programme for girls (and guys!) who just wanna dance. The DVD is directed by highly acclaimed British choreographer, Mitch Sebastian. Among many successful productions in London and New York, he recently directed West End hit, ‘The Rat Pack’. “This workout is a great way of losing weight and getting in shape”, says Mitch. “It’s a high energy dance workout that will leave you feeling breathless, sexy and hot!” The lead dancer, Tobias Walbom also boasts strong credentials as he is currently staring in the popular West End production, ‘Chicago’. ‘A Dirty Dancing Workout’, offers all the calorie burning potential of a gym or workout class, but from the convenience in your own home. You could even invite your friends over and make it a fun and nostalgic night in, dancing to songs and routines that are reminiscent of the film. The DVD begins with the Dirty Dance team taking you through a quick warm-up. After getting the hang of the main steps, you then move on to the workout, where you are given the option of two different dance routines at either ‘Beginners’ or an ‘Advanced’ level. If you are feeling incredibly fit you can even run the whole DVD from warm-up to cool down, doing BOTH dance workouts, turning it into approximately an hour-long routine.

Whilst we can’t guarantee you will find your own Patrick Swayze, we can certainly help you feel like Baby as you dance your way into great shape!
