Aaron Carter's former fiancée has blasted the singer saying he is dogged with "emotional problems".Kari Ann Peniche was left heartbroken when the 18-year-old called off their engagement just days after he proposed to the Playboy Playmate on stage in Las Vegas.She told Playboy Sirius Radio: "We realized that at our age, we weren't quite ready for the commitment of marriage. Aaron has a lot of emotional problems."I just want him to get healthy and happy. I just want him to become stable."When asked if drugs may have had a bearing on the split, Kari replied: "No, not influencing, but I think maybe it's his way of dealing with his emotions."Earlier this week Aaron discussed the split with Us magazine.He explained: "I got caught up in the moment and proposed. I then realized it was a hasty thing to do and I am not ready for marriage quite yet.A source close to Aaron, 18, revealed: "They are just going to be friends now. She still wants to keep dating him but Aaron is not quite sure.
"He was trying to appease her but came to his senses and realized it was the wrong thing to do."
Both Nick and Aaron will appear in the upcoming reality series 'House of Carters' on E! TV network.
