Sopranos star Tony Sirico reprised his role as a mafia hitman on Thursday (12Feb09) night - to help Alec Baldwin become the first celebrity to be "killed off" a talk show.Baldwin was the star guest on the penultimate episode of U.S. show Late Night with Conan O'Brien; before the chatshow host moves to Los Angeles to take over Jay Leno's Tonight Show next week (16Feb09).The actor has been a regular on O'Brien's show and asked if he could be "killed off" the programme and make TV history. Baldwin said, "I've been a character on your show. I feel that the only way to go on these kind of shows, is to be killed off.And I would like to be the first person to be killed off a talk show."O'Brien obliged and invited Sirico, in character as his Sopranos hitman Paulie 'Walnuts' Gualtieri, onstage to pretend to strangle the star.
