'Ugly Betty' star Ana Ortiz is pregnant.

The 37-year-old star - who plays Hilda Suarez in the hit US TV show - is reportedly expecting her first baby with husband Noah Lebenzon and is due to give birth in July.

She said: I'm so happy for Ana

A source close to the actress and Half Life guitarist revealed: "They are thrilled and ecstatic. They can't wait to be parents."

Ana's co-star, Rebecca Romijn, who gave birth to twin girls, Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara last week, has spoken of her delight at her friend's news - and has even started matchmaking between the children.

She said: "I'm so happy for Ana. She is going to be such an amazing and fun mom. And if she has a boy, he's already got two dates for the prom. And if she has a girl, she's about to get a ton of hand-me-downs!"

Ana spoke of her desire to start a family in September.

The actress said: "It's definitely something that my husband and I talk about all the time."
