Ana Ortiz Has Baby Girl has given birth to a baby girl.

The 38 year old welcomed her first child with guitarist husband Noah Lebenzon on Saturday (27Jun09) in New York.

Paloma Louise Lebenzon weighed in at seven pounds, 10 ounces (3.4 kilograms) - and the couple is delighted with its new arrival.

Ortiz's spokesperson tells People.com, "She is elated and completely glowing. She is surrounded by her friends and family and so happy to be a mom.

"She is just really enjoying the moment. The baby is absolutely beautiful."

Ortiz married musician Lebenzon in June 2009 in Puerto Rico. She shot to fame with the role of Hilda Suarez in hit American comedy drama series Ugly Betty.
