American actress Angela Kinsey has become a mum after giving birth to a baby girl.The star of U.S. sitcom The Office delivered baby Isabel Ruby Lieberstein on Saturday afternoon (03May08).Kinsey's The Office co-star and best friend, Jenna Fischer, was with the new mum when she went into labour.
