Sylvester Stallone's ex Angie Everhart is in the middle of a legal mess after calling Los Angeles police to report her boyfriend, claiming he tried to choke her in a row.The model/actress called cops on 31 July, alleging actor Chad Stansbury had attacked her at her home. Stansbury had left the scene by the time police arrived, but they picked him up hours later and booked him on suspicion of domestic violence, according to TMZ.com.
