Anna Faris has vowed to produce all of her upcoming movie projects - in an effort to bolster her acting career and make more female-friendly comedy films.
The actress admits she is sick of being offered roles in romantic comedies and wants to focus her attention on finding funny parts.
And Faris is adamant the only way she will be able to make those moviesis if she puts her weight behind each production as a producer.
She tells Moviehole, "It's such a challenge to get a female-driven movie made - and as much as I like doing romantic comedies, I like doing just straight-out female comedies more - so I decided if I wanted to keep doing them, I'd have to start developing them myself. "So, we'll see...

And Faris is already working on her next project - teaming up with AdamSandler, who produced her 2008 comedy The House Bunny.
She adds, "It's a female buddy comedy. It'll be fun to team up with another funny lady".
