The Anna Nicole Smith drug case is going to trial, after a judge ruled there's enough evidence against the three defendants to try them before a jury.
Smith's former lover Howard K. Stern and medics Dr Sandeep Kapoor and Dr Khristine Eroshevich are facing a total of 23 felony charges, stemming from allegations the late modelactress was illegally supplied strong prescription drugs in the build up to her death in 2006.
I do find the proof is sufficient to bind them over for trial

Perry decided the case can proceed to trial.
He said, "I do find the proof is sufficient to bind them over for trial".
