Newlyweds Beyonce Knowles and Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter had a marital fall-out during a gig - after the hip-hop mogul told a DJ to stop playing her hit, Crazy In Love.

Carter was performing to a sold-out crowd at the Hollywood Bowl on Wednesday (16Apr08) when he decided to rap over some popular songs.

The show's DJ began to play the 2003 track - which Carter co-wrote and performs on - when the rapper grabbed the microphone and jokingly yelled, "F**k that. Sorry Bey but f**k that - let's play something else".

Knowles - who was watching the gig from the side of the stage - then reportedly stormed off, before Carter made his apologies to the star.

But all must have been forgiven - later the pair were openly cuddling and being affectionate at a private dinner for 40 friends and family at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's Tropicana Bar after the show.

Meanwhile in other news Beyonce Knowles' sister Solange has offered teen mum-to-be Jamie Lynn Spears words of support - insisting she has to ignore negative comments and concentrate on becoming a good mother.

Knowles understands the challenge of being a famous young mum after she gave birth to her son Daniel in 2004 at the age of 18.

And she has encouraged Britney Spears' pregnant younger sibling to be strong, urging her to focus on her unborn tot and not the criticism she faces for having a child so young.

She tells U.S. website People.com, "I'm sure a lot of people perceived that I was gonna be a young, irresponsible mom. I think that there are some moms who are 35 who are just as irresponsible".

"You just have to make the best decisions for you. You have to decide what's best for you. Who are we to say what's right and wrong for a person?"
