Billy Zane was treated to a sexy tap dance for his birthday by his fiancée Kelly Brook.The 26-year-old model-turned-actress, who recently designed her own lingerie range, surprised the actor by dressing up and performing for him.Kelly said: "For Billy's 40th birthday in February, I hired the Silent Movie Theatre in Hollywood, and we had all his friends and family there. Then I surprised him and came on stage in a top hat and stuff and did this burlesque tap dance.
