Boo Boo Stewart backs PETA adoption campaign

Boo Boo Stewart is urging his fans to adopt abandoned pets from shelters in a campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
 
The 17-year-old Twilight actor has joined forces with the organisation to encourage more potential pet owners to help find good homes for stray animals.
 
He poses alongside his dog, Pookie, in the promotional picture for the 'Adopt, Don't Buy' initiative and says: "If you guys are interested in getting any kind of animal, definitely go and adopt."
 
Justin Bieber has previously supported the campaign, telling fans, "My world includes compassion for animals. Yours should too."
